The mast signal on the right was recently installed. Prior to this, the signal head was mounted on the mast on the left. Due to signal upgrades in the area, they decided to install a new mast signal to accomodate more indications. Keep in mind that these signals was just activated less than a year ago and they are already upgrading them! |

The old N Kilgore APP signal has been moved from the box on the right to the mast signal on the left. The relay case on the right site devoid of a signal and looks wierd now. One day, ABS will be installed here and there will probably be a signal head facing northbound here. For now, you get this odd looking arrangement. |

This was the site of the old N Ora APP signal. A new ABS signal was installed here and workers were testing it out when this photo was taken. Everything seemed to be in working order. The next day, the TC between N Ora and S Kilgore was placed in service. |

The new CTC is now active at N Ora and the spring switch is history. A pusher sits on the main line waiting for a better signal. He's following an empty hopper train north through the newly activtated TC territory between N Ora and S Kilgore. When this TC was turned on, the Enoree DTC block was eliminated. |
