Signal on the westbound track 2, of NS Lehigh Line displays Aspect of Approach Limited, Steady Yellow/Amber over Flashing Green, then CSX mixed freight Q 421 shows up. Thanks to fellow railfan, friend and RRPA contributor Tim Darnell who identified this train. Signal info. Cotton Valley Rail Trail Club, NORAC Operating Rules 11th Edition, and permission to use it. NORAC= Northeast Operating Rules Advisory Committee .70-300mm zoom lens used for signal photos. Westbound Signal Track # 2 NS Lehigh Line, Aspect is displaying Approach Limited, Steady Amber over Flashing Green which is visible, RE Name : Approach Limited NORAC Rule 281b, INDICATION; Proceed approaching the next signal at Limited Speed . The signal mast to the immediate left of track 2 signal is for the NS Port Reading Secondary where it connects to the NS Lehigh Line. The bridge behind the signals and to the left was once part of the Reading Liner (aka) Port Reading Secondary West View. 70-300mm zoom lens used on all signal shots.
