Business car JO-VI-LA, nee-Pullman Plan #3521A 10 section sleeper-lounge observation MT. PEALE, Lot #4998, 11/1926, general service pool, assigned to C&EI by 1/1937, sold to C&EI 7/1948 and rebuilt to business car #354, later sold to Joseph V. Lamantia as #28 (hence the name JO-VI-LA, from his name), later resold to Edmund J. Boyce, Jr., later resold to Crow-Woodbridge Enterprises in Olympia, WA, later resold to unknown/private owner in Portland, OR, later resold to unknown/private owner as DLJX #354 and moved to Chehalis, WA, stored on Chehalis-Centralia RR (CHTX). Car was in regular PV usage back in the 70s (AMTK PV registry #800147), during early Amtrak years like many other PVs at the time received Amtraks paint scheme as per the passenger railroads requirements at the time.
