| An ICG unit coal train was on the Nashville Avenue underpass as it entered the New Orleans Public Belt's Cotton Warehouse Yard. The coal was on its way from Illinois to Spain, and the NOPB would move the train to the Public Bulk Terminal -- along the Mississippi River-Gulf Outlet -- for unloading. Motive power was provided by four PADUCAH REBUILDS: SD20's 2014, 2017, and 2011, along with GP8 7731. |
