Looney Toons Graffiti Hopper  Contributor's Pick!       
I normally dont like graffiti sprayed all over freight cars & especially locomotives, but sometimes you can find some great work such as displayed on this hopper on NS 172 of an array of Loon{y Toons characters. Quite impressive work, but needs to be displayed in an art gallery & not on freight cars, locomotives, etc.
