| For some odd reason an oil load is headed north to Fargo from Wahpeton. it also had 2 DPU's on the tail end facing away, must have ran to Fargo and then east on the Staples sub, very odd. Update!!! This is an Ethanol load from Hankinson ND, but I still dont know why it ran this odd route VS just going to Willmar then the Twin Cities. |
