Tom Beckett General The date is likely. RTA's F 40's wore that scheme then. This train is coming out of Union Station-that's Amtrak's 14th St coach yard in the background. The BN did not start using RTA/Metra power til much later-the 1990's-so this is likely the ex GM&O commuter train to Joliet. That train was notable for using a GM&O F 3 built in 1946, and GM&O coaches til it was reequipped around this time. 12/30/2015 2:49:14 AM
