| MDW 4071 was part of the consist of a CN local momentarily fouling N. Lake St. via former SOO rails at Neenah, WI on 17 Dec. '17. I thought there was an archaic regulation from the '30s that prohibits such advertising on railroad rolling stock. A cursory internet search produced no authoritative information on the subject, just a whole lot of unsubstantiated opinion. Go figure.
