PRR 7184, EFS-17M, 1966         
Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Tom Smart that was taken in Cincinnati, Ohio, on 23 January 1966. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #7184 and #7240. Both are EFS-17M road switchers built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,750 horsepower each. #7184 was constructed in November of 1957, while #7240 was produced in October of 1959.
