Portraits 2. Here is a steam locomotive portrait of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3445, an I-1SA (2-10-0) "Decapod" built in Juniata as an I-1S during January of 1919, rebuilt as an I-1SA in January of 1947, and retired in November of 1958 after 39 years of faithful service. Note the trainphone apparatus installed just forward of the sand dome! The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. (#21 of 36)
