Built by Baldwin in 1901, this class B-19a loco had 68" drivers, developed 200 psi boiler pressure for its 21"x28" cylinders (dia & stroke) and produced a tractive effort of 30,870 lb. It was converted from a Vauclain compound by the B&O shops in 1904.
